Services

All tours are conducted in your own vehicle or with a chauffeur service.
The duration of the tour is variable and will be decided in advance upon confirmation
The guiding program can be customized and will be decided between the customer and Cardinale Tours during discussions prior to the tour. Contact me to agree on the ideal program.

Prices

Cardinale Tours reserves the right to modify the price of its services at any time, but undertakes to charge the price indicated when the tour is confirmed. With the exception of travel expenses in the event of an exceptional increase in the price of energy.
The price invoiced corresponds to the entire duration of the service
Meals and admission to museums are not included in the price of the service.

By cheque (French customers only)
By PayPal

A 15% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The name of the customer, the day and type of service, the time and place of the appointment will be required for invoicing.
The remaining balance is payable on the day of the service.

Cancellation

If you cancel your booking 15 days or less before the date of the event, your deposit will not be refunded.

If you cancel your booking 10 days or less before the date of the tour, you will be charged 50% of the tour price.

If for any reason Cardinale Tours cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund.

Disputes

Any dispute or litigation relating to the validity, interpretation or performance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale is subject to French law.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be referred to the “Tribunal de Commerce” of Caen, France.

Professional insurance

In accordance with current regulations, M. MATHIEU CARDINALE is covered by professional indemnity insurance taken out with :

This insurance covers professional activities relating to the organisation and support of tourist services offered on this site.
